 FA Charter Standard

Launched in 2001, the FA Charter Standard is a kite mark, designed to show that a club is sustainable, well run and that it places child protection and safety along with quality coaching at the heart of everything it does.

 

Charter Standard clubs have met certain criteria includign having atrainined welfsare officer, CRB checks for all volunteers, emergency first aiders linked to each team, a level one coach for each youth football team, appropriate administration in place, a volunteer co-ordinator, and that the club has signed up to the FA Respect programme.
